What you will do

• Lead teams that synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, secondary data, advisory boards, and internal knowledge into strategic insights.
• Develop business cases and facilitate workshops supporting clinical development, lifecycle management, and portfolio decisions.
• Plan and conduct primary market research with external research agencies across product lifecycle stages.
• Lead ad hoc secondary analytics and communicate recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Marketing, Value & Access, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, and other global stakeholders to prioritize objectives, budgets, and work plans.
• Manage direct reports, vendor relationships, project quality, timelines, budgets, and compliance with hirify.global standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree plus 8 years, or bachelor’s degree plus 10 years in market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales, or marketing operations.
• Leadership experience with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Ability to extract, analyze, consolidate, and accurately interpret data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to senior management.
• Experience with primary research, biopharmaceutical datasets and databases, drug development, commercialization, and the healthcare industry.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
