Salary: $153,900–$230,400 annually

What you will do

• Lead construction management and inspection projects for rail, transit, and other public infrastructure programs.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar construction contracts involving MTA and other rail and transit agencies.
• Build relationships with agencies, owners, contractors, utilities, and key clients.
• Recruit and mentor PMCM professionals and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Support business development by positioning hirify.global for major construction management engagements and preparing RFP and SOQ responses.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC protocols, safety standards, and agency requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of construction management experience, particularly with rail and transit stations.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar public infrastructure contracts.
• Experience with agencies such as MTA, Amtrak, MNR, LIRR, or similar organizations.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, resident engineers, office engineers, and inspectors.
• Strong business development, client relationship, communication, leadership, and accountability skills.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
