Location: Laredo, Texas, United States; onsite warehouse role. Second shift: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM.

What you will do
- Assist the supervisor in leading the warehouse transportation department and maintaining operational excellence.
- Coordinate receiving, shipping, documentation, yard-pass accuracy, service-provider compliance, and daily operations based on forecasted volume.
- Monitor productivity, service execution, data integrity, KPIs, audits, and operational performance.
- Manage inventory, OSD, process, customer, and shipment exceptions while supporting root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Coach, mentor, schedule, evaluate, and develop team members while maintaining staffing and department organization.
- Support process, systems, and tool improvements, customer transitions, SOP maintenance, and facility visits.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–2 years of experience leading teams is preferred.
- Ability to learn and apply global logistics processes, procedures, systems, and compliance requirements.
- Leadership, coaching, mentoring, communication, problem-solving, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
