Logistics Lead

hirify.global is an integrated grower, shipper, and packer of fresh citrus, supplying major retail and distribution channels through its consumer brands.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate workers handling incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate loaders, pickup appointments, loading operations, routing, legal load limits, and shipment layouts.
• Ensure safe forklift and material-handling equipment operations and report equipment defects to maintenance.
• Review shipping records, prepare bills of lading, and maintain accurate shipment documentation.
• Oversee production plans, inventory rotation, quality trigger dates, and inbound and outbound inspections.
• Coordinate with shipping and customer service on product availability and upcoming packing needs for major retailers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Experience supervising others and maintaining a productive work environment.
• Ability to read and write in English; English proficiency is required.
• Basic computer literacy, general mathematics, and the ability to interpret business, technical, and governmental documents.
• Ability to stand, sit, climb, balance, use material-handling equipment, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English/Spanish ability.
