Process Engineer III Senior (E3) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year.

What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Characterize hardware and complex systems using measurement techniques and new technologies.
• Measure film properties, prepare technical reports and specifications, and create product documentation.
• Develop and implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation within safety guidelines.
• Train engineers on measurement, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution methods.
• Resolve complex customer issues, collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and lead functional teams or projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to work in semiconductor and display manufacturing environments and collaborate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams.
