Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; remote

Salary: $45,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do

Sell programming, spot advertising, and digital advertising to local churches and ministries.
Develop promotional campaigns that help churches increase community impact.
Build and maintain relationships with pastors and ministry leaders in the New York, Philadelphia, and tri-state area.
Work with national ministry partners on name acquisition and local events.
Handle additional sales responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Previous success in media sales, ministry program sales, or pastoral ministry.
Persuasive, goal-oriented, and creative approach to sales.
Ability to establish and grow professional relationships.
Passion for radio station formats and digital products.
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
