What you will do

• Define product visions, strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for insurance and financial services clients.
• Analyse underwriting, claims, pricing, and distribution processes to identify opportunities for AI and technology.
• Lead complex technical and AI initiatives from discovery and use-case validation through MVP delivery and rollout.
• Act as Product Owner or Product Lead for engineering, data, and AI teams, setting scope, priorities, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and quality across client engagements.
• Advise senior stakeholders and C-level executives, lead workshops and presentations, support UK pre-sales, and mentor consultants.

Requirements

• Experience with insurance and financial services business models, processes, and commercial objectives.
• Ability to define product strategy and translate business challenges into AI use cases and product concepts.
• Experience leading end-to-end technology or AI projects from discovery through rollout.
• Ability to work as a Product Owner or Product Lead with engineering, data, and AI teams.
• Strong ownership, strategic thinking, commercial judgement, leadership, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United Kingdom and support UK pre-sales and business development.
