What you will do

• Lead the enterprise vendor management strategy for global IT services and contingent labor suppliers.
• Build governance frameworks to improve supplier performance, manage risk, and deliver business value.
• Manage executive supplier relationships, steering committees, business reviews, and strategic planning.
• Drive service-level agreements, performance indicators, experience metrics, and data-driven reporting.
• Lead vendor onboarding, offboarding, transitions, and transformation initiatives while maintaining service continuity.
• Establish AI governance for outsourced services and contingent labor programs and promote supplier-led innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing, outsourcing, or supplier management focused on IT services and contingent labor.
• Experience leading global vendor management or strategic partner management functions.
• Knowledge of contingent labor programs, managed service provider models, vendor management systems, and infrastructure outsourcing.
• Expertise in performance management, service-level agreements, contract management, financial oversight, vendor risk, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international travel.
