FedRAMP Project Manager (Government Cloud Compliance)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate hirify.global's FedRAMP authorization initiative and related government cloud compliance projects.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, workbacks, and critical path activities across Engineering, Cloud Operations, Security, GRC, Product, Legal, Finance, PMO, and external partners.
• Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, action items, decision logs, budgets, staffing plans, vendor costs, and project expenditures.
• Facilitate status meetings, stakeholder reviews, steering committees, and governance activities; prepare dashboards, reports, readiness updates, and decision-support materials.
• Coordinate FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, GovRAMP, POA&M, audit preparation, evidence collection, readiness reviews, and authorization package activities.
• Coordinate accelerator partners, assessors, cloud providers, and vendors while tracking deliverables, commitments, timelines, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and significant experience managing cross-functional projects and programs.
• Mastery of project management methodologies and experience with project management and change management tools.
• Experience working consultatively with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, organizational, multitasking, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners while managing ambiguity and deadline-driven delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commonly used project management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with GovRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CMMC, or related government compliance frameworks.
• Change Management certification.
• Experience managing project budgets and implementing new strategies.
• Strong conflict management, interpersonal, negotiation, business, and technology skills.
