General Manager (GM) - Elite Sports Medicine & Human Performance Clinic

Location: Remote. Hiring is limited to candidates who can receive payments via Wise in South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, or the Philippines.

hirify.global is a staffing agency hiring for an elite sports medicine and human performance clinic serving professional, collegiate, and high-level active athletes.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations across clinical care, performance training, client management, and facility workflows.
• Build, document, and refine SOPs connecting sport science methodologies with daily clinic execution.
• Lead front-of-house and administrative personnel while coordinating chiropractors, rehabilitation specialists, and strength and conditioning coaches.
• Manage facility throughput, equipment, technology systems, vendors, inventory, billing, budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, practitioner capacity, schedule density, client conversion, retention, utilization, and operational revenue.
• Resolve client-service issues and maintain a high-touch, athlete-first experience throughout care and performance programs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of operational leadership in high-performance sports, sports medicine, physical therapy, sports science, or boutique athletic facilities.
• Direct experience or foundational knowledge in sport science, athletic training, biomechanics, kinesiology, or high-performance athletics.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and creating structured operational systems.
• Proficiency with EHR software, CRM platforms, scheduling systems, and operational reporting tools.
• Proactive and analytical approach with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to receive payments through Wise in South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, or the Philippines.
