Senior Policy Analyst (GEOINT)

Location: Onsite at the customer site in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. The position is contingent upon contract award and final acceptance by the government customer.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise government and executive stakeholders on strategic planning, mission goals, policy, business analysis, and operational execution.
• Develop, update, document, and assess agency-level policies, strategic plans, guidance, and business operation objectives.
• Synchronize GEOINT analytic activities and resources across NGA, the National Security Group, the Army Service Group, and partner organizations.
• Facilitate senior-level meetings, cross-office engagements, requirements planning, negotiations, and project-scope discussions.
• Develop business analytics, metrics, operational assessments, and performance reports to measure mission and management success.
• Translate strategic directives and policy changes into operational specifications and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required, with willingness and ability to pass a CI Polygraph.
• Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience with business analytics, metrics reporting, program management concepts, processes, and execution.
• Experience with intelligence product lines, production systems and processes, datasets, and intelligence analysis and production.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, research, strategic planning, policy writing, facilitation, and cross-organization collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Experience creating and exercising Policy Life Cycle Management processes, procedures, and self-inspection checklists.
