Program Analyst - Mission Strategy and Performance (Aerospace)

Location: El Segundo, California, USA; onsite support for U.S. Space Force organizations.

Salary: USD 130,000–170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze operational, acquisition, contracting, financial, and program performance information.
• Support planning, execution, and sustainment for secure weapon systems and mission infrastructure.
• Track vendor software and hardware development, milestones, deliverables, and deliveries.
• Conduct performance audits, financial reviews, and formative and impact evaluations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, briefings, evaluation frameworks, findings, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Government personnel, contractors, acquisition professionals, financial managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, mathematics, public administration, management, data analytics, or a related field.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in program analysis, financial analysis, acquisition, contracting, audit, program evaluation, or business analysis.
• Experience with Government programs, financial and non-financial data, audits, evaluations, internal controls, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and data-validation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and ability to work with sensitive and classified information.
