Recruiting Sourcer and Coordinator (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, United States

Salary: $100K–$140K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Source engineers, researchers, designers, and operators who are not actively job hunting.
• Build target lists and outreach campaigns that attract strong candidates.
• Review inbound and agency candidates regularly and keep the hiring process moving quickly.
• Schedule interviews and on-site sessions while reducing time between interview rounds.
• Maintain a clean, current, and active candidate pipeline in Ashby.
• Develop recruiting playbooks and automations and deliver a thoughtful candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a similar role.
• Ability to work with urgency, follow up quickly, and manage detailed hiring workflows.
• Strong communication skills for working with candidates, hiring managers, and founders.
• Comfort working in an ambiguous early-stage startup environment.
• Experience using AI tools to source candidates, automate repetitive work, and operate efficiently.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting technical or design talent at an early-stage company.
• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, or sourcing tools such as Juicebox.
• Interest in AI, design, or creative work.
