Executive Talent Researcher (AI)

Location: On-site in Singapore or San Francisco, CA

What you will do

• Partner with executive recruiters, hiring managers, and founders to map target markets and build leadership talent pipelines.
• Research passive VP, Director, and C-level candidates across AI, hardware, software, and commercial functions.
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered sourcing platforms, specialized databases, and OSINT techniques.
• Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage senior leadership candidates.
• Produce market intelligence reports, compensation benchmarks, and competitor talent maps.
• Maintain pipeline health, ATS/CRM data integrity, and long-term leadership talent relationships.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in talent research, executive sourcing, or candidate generation.
• Experience in an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or fast-growing technology company.
• Proven ability to identify C-suite, VP, and Director-level talent in AI, SaaS, consumer electronics, or hardware.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies, talent databases, OSINT, and modern AI sourcing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior candidates and presenting talent insights to executives.
