Director, Leadership, Culture & Change

Location: Hybrid role based at an approved hirify.global office or client site in the United States, with in-person attendance required at least three days per week. Salary: $187,500–$359,000 base annually.

What you will do

• Lead the people side of acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives within the Global Integration Management Office.
• Align executives and integration sponsors through workshops, strategy sessions, and decision-making forums.
• Develop change management strategies, stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption plans.
• Assess cultural differences, design culture integration strategies, and facilitate listening and engagement activities.
• Develop executive communications, leader toolkits, talking points, and employee messaging with Communications teams.
• Lead integration governance, monitor adoption and colleague engagement, and provide recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or major transformation initiatives.
• Professional services or organizational change, human capital, or transformation consulting experience.
• Change management certifications.
• Experience supporting global organizations and cross-border integrations.
