Customer Solution Architect (SaaS)

Location: Remote, Texas, United States; travel up to 20% may be required.

Salary: USD 56,100–95,500 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze customer business challenges, identify root causes, and take ownership of resolution and follow-through.
• Design scalable, flexible, and resilient integrated solutions that improve customer efficiency and accelerate ROI.
• Present solution recommendations and best practices to stakeholders ranging from leasing staff to C-suite executives.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of hirify.global solutions, integrations, and multifamily property management operations.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management to improve processes, systems, documentation, and customer visibility.
• Manage customer expectations, mitigate risks, and drive shared outcomes across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in account management or support, product management or development, or end-user communication involving multifamily real estate technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience configuring and deploying scalable SaaS applications and demonstrating business ROI.
• Strong understanding of property management at both corporate and property levels, with strong analytical, communication, persuasion, and accountability skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with multifamily housing, Affordable Housing programs, hirify.global OneSite Leasing & Rents, On-Site Manager, or Document Management.
• Systems administration experience and knowledge of hirify.global solutions and third-party integrations.
• Project management experience, including leading business discovery workshops.
• Technical writing skills and the ability to create custom statements of work.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, SQL queries, integration design, testing, deployment, and complex technical solution architecture.
