Product Manager (Hybrid - Denver, CO)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid schedule with onsite work two days per week. Remote roles may be based in AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WV. Relocation is not provided. Typical working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT, with flexibility for early-morning meetings with Europe-based development staff.

Salary: $100,200–$120,000 per year, with potential incentive and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own product outcomes and large components of the product roadmap.
• Define scope for strategic initiatives and collaborate with development, UX, and business analysis partners.
• Write detailed epics, features, and user stories while clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering to determine strategic implementation approaches for innovative application capabilities.
• Coordinate with Customer Success on client support needs, release plans, training, and support materials.
• Drive improvements to Exchange Manager Pro, including workflow productivity and AI/ML-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience with software offerings, including internal applications or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Experience defining user needs, creating product solutions, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience writing epics, features, and user stories and applying Agile practices, including sprint ceremonies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including workflow diagramming and roadmap prioritization.
• Experience with user acceptance testing, supporting documentation, and advanced ML/AI use cases in productivity software workflows.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience with workflow productivity software, especially financial services processing workflows.
• Experience supporting financial services or 1031 Exchange-related workflows.
