Senior Business Intelligence Engineer (Machine Learning)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; travel up to 15% may be required.

What you will do

• Design and build the Account 360 Medallion Architecture using data from SAP, Salesforce, connected devices, and other enterprise systems.
• Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation, and scenario planning with Python, R, and advanced SQL.
• Develop automated data enrichment pipelines to add firmographic data, identify new prospects, and support system-sourced revenue.
• Analyze device telemetry, software usage, feature adoption, error logs, customer interactions, voice commands, and workflows.
• Apply machine learning, NLP, and process mining to identify user friction and improve product experiences.
• Deliver working data products quickly, iterate with stakeholders, and manage technical debt within a two-week sprint model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a highly technical and quantitative business field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, advanced analytics, or data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, large-dataset manipulation, and feature engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or R and statistical modeling libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, or statsmodels.
• Hands-on experience developing classification, regression, clustering, or time-series forecasting models.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
