Finance Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom; operational site-based role

Salary: £50,000–£52,000 per annum

What you will do

• Partner with operational managers to improve financial and commercial performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements to increase profitability.
• Deliver weekly and periodic financial reporting, including variance analysis, accruals, and prepayments.
• Provide financial insight and commercial challenge for operational and strategic decisions.
• Support capital expenditure proposals, site strategy, and business improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong financial controls and accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similarly fast-paced environment is desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and influence operational stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
