Digital Marketing, AI & Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote from the Philippines; New Zealand timezone

Salary: PHP 63,000–80,000 per month

Māori-owned adventure tourism business based in Rotorua, New Zealand, operating adventure and cultural tourism experiences for more than 25 years.

What you will do

• Create, edit, schedule, publish, and repurpose content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Maintain the Rotorua Combos website, product information, pricing, imagery, links, SEO content, and social media channels.
• Provide remote operational support through email handling, customer and agent enquiries, invoicing, booking data entry, reporting, and digital record management.
• Create newsletters and promotional emails, manage mailing lists, support segmentation, and track campaign performance.
• Use AI tools to support content, video, image, email, reporting, and data-entry workflows.
• Identify repetitive processes, develop practical automations, connect existing systems, and document successful workflows.

Requirements

• Experience managing business social media accounts and strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Good short-form video editing skills and experience working with websites or CMS platforms.
• Strong written English, high attention to detail, and strong organisational and data-entry skills.
• Confidence using spreadsheets, web-based business systems, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn new software and digital systems.
• Cultural awareness when representing a Māori-owned New Zealand business, plus an interest in tourism, travel, and adventure experiences.

Nice to have

• New Zealand or international tourism and adventure tourism experience.
• WordPress, Canva, video editing software, Xero, email marketing platforms, or Google Workspace experience.
• Experience with online booking, tourism distribution, OTA, social scheduling, reporting, SEO, or AI workflow tools.
