What you will do

• Plan and manage end-to-end release processes and schedules.
• Coordinate build and deployment pipelines with DevOps and Engineering.
• Conduct release-readiness assessments and go/no-go meetings.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and documentation standards.
• Manage release risks and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of artifact repositories and security scanning tools, including SAST, DAST, and SCA.
• Experience working in complex, multi-team system environments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
