Demo Architect (DevSecOps)

Location: Remote in Ireland, Germany, Spain, or the United Kingdom. Periodic travel for team offsites and occasional in-person planning or whiteboarding sessions may be required.

What you will do

• Build and maintain tools, applications, workflows, and infrastructure for demos, workshops, trials, and internal test environments.
• Expand the Demo Architect Portal to improve automation, self-service, scalability, and partner support.
• Provision and support demo instances and internal environments across hirify.global.com and related systems.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, UX, and Engineering.
• Document go-to-market workflows, automate repetitive steps, and create technical workshop and enablement assets.
• Troubleshoot urgent environment issues and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience building software, systems, or internal tools for technical users or business teams.
• Ability to deliver production-grade software and automation with strong reliability, maintainability, and documentation.
• Comfort working across application development, infrastructure provisioning, automation, and service workflows.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment and travel periodically when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical demos, workshops, trials, or enablement assets.
• Background in software engineering, site reliability engineering, systems engineering, solutions architecture, or a similar technical field.
