Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Fully remote, candidates must be based in Germany, Estonia, the United Kingdom, or Spain

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Ansible and Terraform infrastructure-as-code automation.
• Operate, optimize, and monitor infrastructure across multiple data centers.
• Maintain CI/CD processes and solve application deployment issues in test and production environments.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and tracing with infrastructure observability tools.
• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and improve infrastructure security and compliance.
• Automate workflows, develop toolchains, document improvements, and collaborate with the product team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany, Estonia, the United Kingdom, or Spain.
• At least five years of commercial DevOps experience with Kubernetes, Git, and automation.
• In-depth experience with Ansible and Terraform in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, virtualization, Grafana, Prometheus, and AlertManager.
• Experience with Linux software packaging, Docker, Bash scripting, web security, SQL, and object storage.
• Curiosity, ownership, collaborative problem-solving, time management, and asynchronous communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang.
• Knowledge of Helm Charts and web-service hosting.
