Inventory Specialist

Location: Kennewick, Washington, United States; onsite warehouse position

Salary: $23–$32 USD per hour

What you will do

• Perform stocking, allocation, order quality inspections, material handling, and receiving support.
• Lead daily cycle counts for assigned inventory sections and compare physical stock with ERP records.
• Update inventory records based on cycle counts and conduct spot and partial audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and material problems, participate in root cause analysis, and suggest process improvements.
• Support Stockroom and Receiving teams while completing tasks accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal technical training is preferred.
• 1–2 years of inventory control experience, including cycle counting and inventory tracking or rotation methods.
• Knowledge of stockroom fundamentals, packing lists, order pulling, inventory kits, and MRP systems.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and database systems; accurate data entry is required.
• Ability to use or learn warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse with extended standing, bending, stooping, walking, and flexible shifts.
