Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Transformation & Execution

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the integrated global supply chain transformation portfolio and multi-year roadmap.
• Translate strategy into prioritized programs, capabilities, investment plans, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead enterprise and cross-functional initiatives through governance, stage gates, reporting, and execution controls.
• Partner with Finance to validate business cases, track transformation benefits, and connect outcomes to annual operating plans.
• Build transformation, program management, portfolio governance, and execution capabilities across global supply chain.
• Advise executive stakeholders and align Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Digital, and Corporate Functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy, Transformation, Program Management, or Management Consulting.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation portfolios and PMO, TMO, Strategy Deployment, or Transformation organizations.
• Expertise in portfolio management, governance, change management, value realization, and strategic execution.
• Experience leading global teams and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

• MBA or advanced business or technical degree.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or Strategy Deployment certification.
• Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, materials science, or industrial industries.
• Experience with consulting, enterprise transformation, digital transformation, AI-enabled operating models, or enterprise systems deployment.
