Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Subject Matter Expert (Gov't Tech)

Location: Onsite in Washington, DC; U.S. citizenship required

Base compensation range: $175,000–$185,000 annually

What you will do

• Serve as the senior functional and technical subject matter expert for Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials supporting HHS UFMS.
• Lead requirements analysis, configuration, functional design, enhancements, patches, and upgrades across Oracle EBS instances.
• Review configuration changes, interface designs, data flows, system outputs, and implementation deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate requirements with finance stakeholders, analysts, data owners, developers, functional analysts, and QA resources.
• Support Agile and hybrid SDLC delivery, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, governance artifacts, and release management.
• Support UFMS modernization, migration planning, reporting initiatives, cybersecurity compliance, and transition to future-state financial platforms.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance are required.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials in federal financial environments.
• Hands-on functional and technical expertise with Oracle EBS GL, AP, AR, PO, and PA modules.
• Experience with QA or technical oversight of EBS or ERP implementation projects and review of developer deliverables.
• Understanding of federal financial reporting, UFMS data structures, Oracle Federal Financials data models, and data governance.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, and Agile or hybrid SDLC delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience supporting system modernization, shared service provider transitions, and future-state financial platform adoption.
