Automotive Claims Adjuster - Bilingual

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location is Birmingham, AL. Must be available to work 40 hours per week between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Adjudicate assigned automotive claims and authorize claim payments or benefits.
• Receive and process new loss reports while assessing contract, agreement, and policy coverage.
• Document and investigate losses accurately according to established procedures.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and explain claim processing and coverage information.
• Complete claims paperwork and communicate with contract holders, agents, dealers, and internal customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an automotive service environment as an automotive technician or service advisor.
• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency is required.
• High school diploma.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, and multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for the required 40-hour schedule, including rotating Saturdays.
