Lead Security Systems Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Own system architecture and integrations across the enterprise security technology ecosystem.
• Evaluate technologies, build proofs of concept, and lead adoption of cloud camera analytics and AI-driven security tools.
• Manage the Solutions Engineering project portfolio, including intake, prioritization, scoping, resource allocation, delivery, and status reporting.
• Architect integrations between access control, video management, visitor management, legacy, and enterprise systems.
• Design ETL workflows, deploy automation, and lead upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain architecture documentation and collaborate with Security Operations, IT, Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience programming and administering enterprise, multi-site physical security systems.
• 3+ years of experience in security systems architecture or technical leadership.
• Genetec Synergis SC-STC-001 and/or SC-ETC-001 certification.
• Hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and supporting physical security technologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including intake, scoping, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Strong technology selection, proof-of-concept, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Studio production, entertainment, or technology industry experience.
