Women's Mental Health Specialist (Women's Health)

Location: Remote within the United States; independent licensure in Tennessee and enrollment with Tennessee commercial health plans required

Compensation: approximately $80–$100 per active visit hour, based on current visit rates and typical visit lengths; payment is per visit and no minimum earnings are guaranteed

What you will do

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions.
• Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based standards, including sleep hygiene, cognitive strategies, and non-hormonal symptom management such as CBT-M and CBT-I.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for visits conducted through Pomelo.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment during patient visits.

Requirements

• Hold an independent LICSW, LMHC, or LPC license in Tennessee for at least five years.
• Have at least three years of experience providing women's mental health care.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Be comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
• Enroll with commercial health plans in Tennessee through Pomelo.
• Provide proof of licensure and personal liability insurance and complete a background screening.

Hiring process

• Complete two 30-minute video calls with the recruitment and clinical teams.
• Complete credentialing, including license and liability insurance verification, health-plan enrollment, and background screening.
