Regional Medical Director, 24/7 Care

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Base salary: $230,000–$240,000 per year, plus performance bonus, RSUs, and eligible benefits.

What you will do

• Implement and direct policies and procedures that support medical quality and service excellence.
• Provide focused leadership for the employed provider model and act as the voice of providers.
• Oversee W2 and 1099 providers across the assigned region or product area.
• Track KPIs, quality measures, individual metrics, and improvement plans.
• Mentor and coach new hires, provide clinical consultation, and support providers with multiple license types.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with new clinical and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Medical degree with current and continuous board certification.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience.
• At least 3 years of clinical leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.
