Agentic AI Platform (AgentCore) Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, with additional locations in Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, DC–McLean; work may include local or out-of-state travel to hirify.global offices and client sites.

Salary: $146,000–$234,000 annually. Bonus target: 14%.

What you will do

• Architect and implement enterprise agentic AI platforms using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Lead designs for AgentCore Runtime, Gateway, Identity, Memory, observability, agent workflows, and multi-agent solutions.
• Define integration patterns between AgentCore, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, models, and knowledge bases.
• Develop reusable AWS CDK constructs, deployment templates, automated pipelines, and production infrastructure patterns.
• Enable MCP services through AgentCore Gateway and connect agents securely to enterprise tools, APIs, Lambda functions, HTTP services, and MCP servers.
• Lead client engagements, manage project delivery, mentor teams, support proposals, and build client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as management information systems, information systems, or computer science.
• 7+ years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Required AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, AWS, MCP, AWS CDK, Databricks, cloud security, IAM, networking, observability, and data governance.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI-agent platforms and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to work in the United States under the hybrid workplace model; hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification.
• Experience with Databricks SQL, Unity Catalog, MLflow, vector search, data pipelines, and model-serving endpoints.
• Experience with client proposals, business development, and consulting across multiple industries.
