Senior Manager, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering & FinOps

What you will do

• Lead cloud infrastructure engineering across Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Define and execute the cloud infrastructure roadmap for enterprise modernization and digital transformation.
• Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Security, Finance, and business teams to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Build FinOps capabilities covering cost visibility, forecasting, optimization, allocation, governance, and executive reporting.
• Drive reliability, resiliency, observability, automation, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices, and operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team while managing relationships with cloud vendors and strategic technology partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience developing engineers, technical leads, or managers.
• Experience leading teams responsible for Azure, AWS, cloud operations, automation, governance, and infrastructure services.
• Experience with cloud financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, optimization, consumption management, and executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, identity and access management, security controls, platform governance, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and incident management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloudability, Azure Cost Management, AWS Cost Explorer, or related FinOps platforms.
• FinOps certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting AI platforms, generative AI services, AI governance, or consumption-based technology services.
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar automation tools.
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, supply chain, consumer products, or other customer-facing technology environments.
