Compensation: $185K – $275K

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core platform infrastructure across engineering teams.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure reliable environments.
• Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency using metrics and logging.
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance through best practices.
• Lead incident response and drive long-term structural improvements.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of automation and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with complex cloud solutions on AWS.
• Proficiency in Terraform and AWS CLI for provisioning cloud services.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation solutions like Datadog or CloudWatch.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL data systems.
• Experience maintaining software in regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL as a database front-end API.
• Background in database architecture, specifically Postgres.
• Experience working with or building AI-enabled tooling for engineers.
