Finance Transformation Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead strategic Finance projects involving process improvement, solution design, operating model transformation, and automation.
• Partner with Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs, define requirements, and design practical solutions.
• Develop Finance target-state capabilities, operating models, strategic roadmaps, and investment recommendations.
• Drive initiative execution through planning, coordination, issue resolution, progress monitoring, and executive reporting.
• Support Finance portfolio management, including prioritization, sequencing, dependency management, budget tracking, and value measurement.
• Lead change management, communications, training, capability building, and KPI development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Six or more years of experience in strategy, transformation, process improvement, solution design, project management, consulting, portfolio management, or a related discipline.
• Two or more years of experience leading complex projects or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to assess business challenges, develop practical solutions, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Must work remotely from within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI/HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree, such as an MBA.
• Experience with portfolio governance, prioritization, reporting, budget management, or value realization.
• Experience with process design methodologies, automation, analytics, emerging technologies, healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Experience partnering across Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, or Enterprise Transformation.
