Auto Appraisal Supervisor

Location: Mexico City; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Authorize approximately 150 vehicle appraisals per month and maintain stable monthly valuation performance.
• Conduct reinspections for at least 30% of assigned cases and manage the timely, accurate delivery of repaired vehicles.
• Supervise assigned repair shops, evaluate KPI performance, and maintain calibration at or below 18%.
• Ensure accurate claims assessment, proactive booking, effective resolution, and compliance with agreed service levels.
• Control claim-related costs, mitigate indemnity expenses, and reduce missed economic opportunities in complex claims.
• Communicate with stakeholders, identify performance issues, and support personal development and succession planning.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in auto claims appraisal.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes, vehicle valuation systems, and repair-shop supervision.
• Ability to interpret policy language accurately and coherently.
• Experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
• Strong communication, analytical, teamwork, time-management, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work primarily in the Mexico City office.
