Supervisor, Installation Services (Automotive)

What you will do

• Oversee a team of Installation Coordinators supporting automotive and fleet installations.
• Manage and improve installation processes to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, leadership, customers, and internal teams.
• Maintain service-level agreements and drive customer satisfaction during initial and ongoing installations.
• Act as an escalation point for customers, team members, and peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set expectations, communicate goals, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to multitask, manage workload under pressure, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
• Knowledge of hardware installation, fleet management systems, telematics, automotive technologies, web technologies, or mobile devices is preferred.
