Packing Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León, Mexico. The position follows a 4x4 shift pattern: 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am.

What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of production operators while maintaining a safe, collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Deliver the production plan by managing resources, sequencing production and setting daily operational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, product quality and integrated management system requirements.
• Monitor area KPIs, identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions through structured problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement relevant LCI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, execute people processes and contribute to business strategy, brand protection and novelty confidentiality.

Requirements

• Experience as a Production Leader, including experience leading teams of at least 30 operators.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, motivation and development skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with both operational and strategic perspective.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project execution and integrated safety and quality management systems.
• Advanced spoken and written English communication skills required.
