TL;DR
Team Lead, Regional & National North America Operations (Insurance Operations): Leading daily operations, talent development, governance, and service delivery for Regional & National North America and Direct Claims teams with an accent on operational controls, KPI management, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on optimizing workflows, managing operational risk, developing high-performing teams, and leading continuous improvement and change initiatives.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Hybrid work model with an expectation of office attendance three days per week.

What you will do
- Lead daily operations for the Regional & National North America and Direct Claims Operations teams.
- Manage workflows, resource allocation, KPI performance, service quality, and process optimization.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, strategic projects, and eAdmin initiatives.
- Maintain operational risk awareness, RCSA controls, audit requirements, issue remediation, and business continuity support.
- Build stakeholder relationships and represent the team in leadership visits, town halls, regional calls, and business engagement activities.
- Coach and develop employees through feedback, performance management, succession planning, career support, recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience within operations and the ability to drive results through change.
- Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management, governance processes, and KPI management.
- Experience with coaching, performance feedback, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Strategic, solution-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- College degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in reinsurance, insurance, claims, or client-facing operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Experience leading employee engagement initiatives or organizational change programs.
