VP of Product (AI)

hirify.global provides ERP and B2B eCommerce software for the cannabis industry, processing inventory, manufacturing, sales, logistics, and commerce operations.

What you will do

• Own product direction and strategy across hirify.global ERP, hirify.global Commerce, Order Agent, hirify.global Analytics, and the AI product suite.
• Set the product roadmap, quarterly strategy reviews, metrics, sequencing, and resourcing plans for the executive team.
• Build and manage the product organization, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team expansion from 4 to 8+ members.
• Develop foundational AI capabilities including a unified data layer, agent builder, workflow builder, MCP integrations, and headless experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering on data infrastructure using StarRocks, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL, as well as reliability, permissions, observability, and safe workflow execution.
• Coordinate product work with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and go-to-market teams, including launches, enablement, feedback, and adoption measurement.

Requirements

• Experience building and running a product organization, including hiring, coaching, and making difficult people decisions.
• Production experience building and shipping MCPs (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience expanding a product into new markets or major new product directions.
• Strong technical foundation in modern SaaS and AI infrastructure, data systems, AI models, and full-stack development.
• Understanding of production concerns including reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
• Hands-on experience writing PRDs, working with engineers, using LLM tooling, and evaluating AI workflows.
