VP of Product (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States

Annual base compensation: $X–$Y for most US locations, with 5%–10% higher compensation in higher-cost US locations.

What you will do

• Set and communicate the product vision for hirify.global’s external-facing services and align it with company strategy.
• Lead product teams across Maps, Search, Navigation, and Location AI while managing a scaled portfolio.
• Build and launch zero-to-one products and new lines of business.
• Engage with customers, developers, industry leaders, merchants, businesses, and strategic partners.
• Develop B2B2C product strategies for onboarding merchants, businesses, and external data sets.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and customer success to improve scalability, product adoption, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience building, scaling, and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong technical foundation in artificial intelligence, including AI-powered features, models, agents, toolkits, or MCP.
• Experience with developer-focused products, APIs, SDKs, AI integrations, and/or iOS or Android applications.
• Proven zero-to-one business-building experience and a track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Experience leading B2B2C or large consumer ecosystems, including merchant and business onboarding.
• Strong customer focus, data-driven decision-making, communication, operational leadership, hiring, and coaching skills.

• Prior experience in Search, Maps, or Navigation.
