Founding Brand Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Evolve and steward hirify.global’s visual identity across digital, print, motion, events, and other formats.
• Build templates and an interactive brand book to keep the brand consistent and scalable.
• Partner with founders, marketing, and engineers to turn complex technology into clear visual stories.
• Design hands-on for websites, social media, billboards, booths, and customer conference environments.
• Lead the creative direction of photo, video, 3D production, and customer testimonial videos.
• Brief and direct agencies, printers, and freelancers while collaborating across the marketing and communications functions.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, range, and a strong point of view.
• Experience building brand identities and design systems.
• Experience leading integrated design across digital, motion, print, and events.
• Strong ideation skills, including developing new concepts and creative directions.
• Ability to design hands-on at speed in a fast-growing startup while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
• Ability to work on-site in NYC or London.

• Experience directing agencies, contractors, and freelancers alongside in-house teams.
• Ability to operate independently and prioritise across concurrent projects.
• Experience bringing clarity to complex, ambiguous projects.
