Experiential Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; in-office role

Salary: $160,000–$205,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Design and art direct brand assets for conferences, events, campaigns, websites, sales materials, video, and social content.
• Evolve Decagon’s brand design system while creating differentiated visual expressions.
• Contribute to brand strategy and messaging, translating concepts into clear and compelling visuals.
• Develop layouts, concepts, and executions with strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Iterate quickly across multiple workstreams while balancing speed, consistency, and polish.
• Maintain quality across all brand touchpoints and bring references and creative ideas that help the brand stand out.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in brand design, event design, art direction, or marketing-focused creative roles.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste, storytelling, and brand thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for web, campaigns, presentations, events, and other marketing surfaces.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
• Ability to interpret briefs and work effectively in high-velocity environments with evolving priorities.
