Senior Designer (AI)

Location: USA - Remote

Base salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Develop high-impact creative concepts and production-ready brand and marketing assets that communicate the power of voice AI.
• Design across event branding, environmental design, keynote presentations, campaign assets, slide decks, data tables, and other brand materials.
• Drive projects from brief to delivery by setting milestones, maintaining momentum, and identifying risks and blockers.
• Partner with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into on-brand design.
• Apply and extend the design system, brand guidelines, and templates as they evolve.
• Use preference testing, data, and AI-assisted workflows to support exploration, iteration, and production.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communication design, preferably in a fast-growing technical B2B or SaaS company or relevant agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating polished, production-ready print and digital work with strong typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, and attention to detail.
• Experience working within and extending design systems and brand guidelines.
• Strong prioritization, judgment, proactive communication, collaboration, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Figma Weave, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, plus Google Slides.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows and the ability to adapt processes as creative tools evolve.
