Talent Acquisition Partner II - Production

Location: Onsite at the Global Headquarters in Long Beach, California; remote work is not considered. Travel may be required to hiring sites in Wallops Island, Virginia, and Middle River, Maryland. Candidates for US offices must satisfy applicable ITAR authorization requirements.

Base pay range: $75,000–$90,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offers.
• Guide candidates through interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, cold calling, phone screens, and networking.
• Use Greenhouse to create recruiting reports, analyze metrics, and improve hiring processes.
• Travel as needed to support recruitment at other company sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Production recruiting experience.
• For US office roles, eligibility under applicable ITAR and US work authorization requirements is required.
• Ability to work onsite in Long Beach, California, including periods of sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasional exposure to production-area noise, dust, and fumes.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of full-time recruiting experience.
• Agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting high-volume nonexempt, production, manufacturing, test, mechanical, electrical, systems, or propulsion roles.
• Experience sourcing for highly technical and niche positions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support fast-paced, high-performing teams.
