Assistant Cost Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Milwaukee, WI, US; hybrid onsite at the Data Center Campus.

What you will do

• Attend key meetings and design reviews to monitor progress, solve problems, and communicate impacts to project partners.
• Participate in site walks with the general contractor, Cost Manager, and client project manager to assess progress and identify cost impacts.
• Consolidate project data and prepare detailed estimates, cost reports, and analyses.
• Maintain accurate project change management logs.
• Collaborate with the wider Cost Management team on complex client tasks.
• Monitor financial close-out for projects, including vendor settlements.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Chartered status or progress toward chartership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid onsite role at the Milwaukee data center campus.
