Director, Behavioral Health

Location: 100% remote within the United States; active Pennsylvania LCSW required. The role supports behavioral health operations across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maryland.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead regional clinical managers and remote teams of psychotherapists through performance coaching, group supervision, and clinical mentoring.
• Develop evidence-based treatment protocols and standardize clinical documentation across pediatric and adolescent behavioral health services.
• Use outcome measures, productivity benchmarks, and scheduling metrics to improve patient access and provider caseload capacity.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Medical Services, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Quality on therapist hiring, onboarding, retention, and care delivery.
• Oversee continuous quality improvement and ensure clinical workflows comply with behavioral health regulations across active markets.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, clinical mental health counseling, or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LCSW license and ability to provide clinical supervision.
• At least 5 years of clinical operations leadership experience in a behavioral health setting at Manager, Associate Director, or Director level.
• Experience managing, coaching, and evaluating clinical site managers or supervisors.
• Clinical background focused on pediatric, adolescent, and family mental health.
• Experience building, scaling, and retaining multi-site or remote therapist teams.

Nice to have

• Dual licensure across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maryland.
• Experience leading hybrid operations across telehealth and clinic sites.
• Experience developing clinical onboarding frameworks and continuing education programs.
