Support Analyst (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid role requiring four days in the downtown Chicago office and one day working from home.

Salary: $46,750–$55,000 annual for Illinois-based roles.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and triage requests to the appropriate team members.
• Own support tickets through resolution and follow up with clients after closure.
• Configure and test hirify.global AI, processing, and review technologies to meet client requirements.
• Create and maintain SQL scripts for additional functionality, data access, and reporting.
• Develop client service applications and assist with installation packages in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Help maintain cloud-based services, develop automated maintenance or reporting methods, and contribute to documentation and knowledge base content.

Requirements

• College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with client-server architecture, a modern programming language, and SQL scripting.
• Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail, documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand technology and collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to work four days per week in the Chicago office.

Nice to have

• eDiscovery experience.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS.
• Background in programming and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
