What you will do

• Own sourcing strategies and build pipelines for roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other GTM functions.
• Use data, market mapping, and competitive insights to identify target talent and overlooked candidate pools.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define strong candidate profiles.
• Apply AI tools, automation, and unconventional outreach approaches to improve sourcing and pipeline development.
• Support employer branding by creating content, building market presence, and representing Upwind authentically.
• Track pipeline health, evaluate sourcing effectiveness, and iterate on the approach.

Requirements

• Experience developing sourcing strategies across diverse commercial or GTM roles.
• Ability to use data, market intelligence, and competitive research in talent sourcing.
• Strong partnership skills with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Creative approach to outreach, pipeline building, AI tools, and automation.
• Ability to assess candidate experience and improve initial talent interactions.
