Specialized Talent Sourcer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define niche role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Source specialized candidates through job boards, social media, networking, Boolean search, data mining, extensions, aggregators, campaigns, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain engaged talent communities and pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, and present sourcing insights.
• Pre-screen candidates, assess qualifications and cultural fit, and present qualified profiles to hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS platforms, promote the employer brand, support diversity sourcing, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Idaho, Arizona, Oregon, or Texas, USA.
• At least 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Solid sourcing experience and deep understanding of a specific industry, market, or industry group.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training through hirify.global TalentCloud and ACE certification required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, research, market analysis, data handling, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous sourcing experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
