TL;DR
Cloud Support Engineer (Azure): Implementing and managing cloud solutions while supporting Microsoft 365, hybrid Azure environments, and end-user devices with an accent on desktop management, identity services, and device deployment. Focus on resolving second-line incidents, packaging and deploying Windows applications, and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands

What you will do

  • Implement and manage cloud solutions.
  • Register incoming incidents from end users.
  • Independently resolve second-line incidents.
  • Transfer incidents to end users and provide accurate responses.
  • Set up mobile devices and laptops running Windows 10 and macOS.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid Azure environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern desktop, identity, and service management.
  • Experience with device deployment for Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • Experience packaging and deploying Windows 10 applications.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, VMware, and TOPdesk; AZ-900, MD-100/MD-101, or ITIL 4 certifications are relevant.
